We extend a warm welcome to Richard Tennyson as he joins our team as researcher. He will play a key part in the development of blended care pathways, where digital solutions support face to face therapies.
Richard will work closely with founder Jaime Essed and clinical psychologist and clinical director Helen Lionarons in his role as researcher. He will also be responsible for co-writing scientific articles.
In collaboration with Oh My Mood, Richard will apply for a PhD at Manchester Metropolitan University. He will be perfectly placed to work with clinicians, universities and digital health platforms globally to make evidence-based blended care pathways available to large audiences of mental health therapists and service users.
Richard has a MS Health / Medical Psychology degree from Liverpool Moores University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology for which he researched the release of endogenous opioids in relation to pain.
