Workshop Yoga for Mental Health

Yoga consists a lot of components for a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we have developed this workshop! In these five weeks you will learn more about self-regulation and it will be a good step to a healthier life, on a physical and mental level.

This workshop is given by Brikene Schut.

A healthy lifestyle consists of various components and Yoga brings a lot of those components together. Our workshop on Yoga for Mental Health is developed for people who are curious about yoga and open to growth by learning new ways to enhance their mental and physical health, and beyond.

We would like to give you a sneak peek of the weeks to come:

  1. Introduction to yoga and how a yoga session is structured.
  2. Yoga for stress-relief.
  3. Yoga for meaning.
  4. Yoga for self-compassion and compassion.
  5. Integrating all the workshops and how to use them in the future.

These workshops enable you to learn the basics of yoga (origins, philosophy, movements, meaning, etc.). Through this user-friendly interactive and experiential information, it will be easier for you to understand the themes that we will discuss during the workshops such as: breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation exercises, and integrate them in your self-care routine.
