Stress regulation

Complaints such as: a complex trauma, panic attacks or difficulties with regulating your emotions might have a big influence on your arousal level. In this workshop we are focusing on the different levels of arousal and how to influence them in time.

Visual Arts Therapy

In this creative workshop we will focus on yourself by increasing your self-image and your self-confidence. We will work on these aspects in a creative and visual way where words will fall into the background.

Addictive Behaviour

Everybody has their own coping mechanism and changing this could be challenging. In this module and workshop, you will work on your alcohol, gambling or eating behaviour, guided by one of our colleagues.

Yoga for Mental Health

Yoga consists a lot of components for a healthy lifestyle. That’s why we have developed this workshop! In these five weeks you will learn more about self-regulation and it will be a good step to a healthier life, on a physical and mental level.
